Was wondering as to starting salary / bonus + progression across MBB, B4 Strategy (S& / EY-p) and other Tier 2 (Kearney, LEK) in the UK.

Is it? Was looking at S& compared to the others - some comments have S& being comparable / equivalent to MBB, but glassdoor has it wayyyy far behind

It probably is far behind. That is quite realistic

Nope, Strategy& pays well and is at par with other firms including tier2 and MBB.
