BIG3 companies can not share the data of their clients. What they can do - share the anonymized and sanitized industry benchmarks if they collected enough information
When you need to get some competitive data - you may use the open sources, industry reports, experts interviews (GLG, etc) or any data you can aggregate from open sources.
