Can someone list out the number of strategy consulting firm that hire freshers?

Hello, I am pursuing a master’s in management program from a non target school, straight after completing my undergraduate studies in India.
I am interested in pursuing a consulting career, exclusively in strategy, starting off from analyst role and then growing from there. I am having some trouble identifying firms besides MBB, Strategy&, Oliver, Roland and LEK that hire freshers too and work exclusively towards strategy.

Can someone provide a list of boutiques too, if they work in strategy and hire at analyst level?

Almost all strategy consulting firms including boutiques hire from MBA programs. Boutiques though typically focus on niche industries (Delta partners for Telecom) or niche functional topics (for e.g. Simon Kucher for pricing strategy) , so you will need to demonstrate your interest in that niche for boutiques.

I would turn the question around: What firm doesn't hire freshers? I doubt you'll find one!

It's essential for any firm to bring YPs into the fold, train them and have them carry out appropriate tasks to support the next level in the hierarchy. If you removed them, the whole “pyramid” would somewhat collapse.

Bottom line - any strategy firm you google should hire freshers!

A quick google search will give you list by country/geography.

Pretty much all of them!

Cast your net wide and apply to as many firms as possible. Make sure to networking extensively and make your resume as good as possible to maximize your odds.

Hi - the others have already answered your question that pretty much any firm of decent size should be on your list.

One source I have used as a starting point for this list before is vault, which is pretty extensive especially across boutiques etc. that might be harder to find

Hello!

Agree with other coaches, mostly all companies would do strategy. This is going to depend a lot regionally, but you can probably arrive easily to an 80-20 list after a morning googling.
