Can i apply to McKinsey during Christmas and New Year holiday?

The short answer is: yes. If you find roles open for application for specific offices, you can apply. What would be better for you, though, would be to apply through a referral

That said, as McKinsey does rolling applications, the time that they will respond varies based on many factors including staff need, amount of applications pending, turnover of current consultants, etc. and this will also vary from office to office and region to region. 

It would be good to get to know the recruiters for the office you want to apply to too.
