Bugs related to laptop version on chrome and edge [TECH SUPPORT]

Hi team,

I have experienced some issues regarding this platform when doing cases and setting up invites. I am unable to click on "cancel invitation", or switching roles when doing mocks, i.e. I am unable to share exhibits. On mobile I had no issues it's only when using the laptop browsers. Can you please have the devs look at this?

Also I was 10 min late because an earlier mock ran out and I got reported for no show, is there a way to unblock my account, I sent an email to the general account and have not received any answers.

Hi Denis,
thanks for raising this here! I’ve just reached out to you via email to gather some more details so that our IT team can look into it.

In the meantime, please make sure to join your meetings on time, or cancel in advance / let your case partner know if you can’t attend. This helps avoid no-show flags in the future.
