Boutique consultancies in UK

Hi,
I am thinking about applying for boutique consultancies in the UK as I feel like it might be a better cultural fit and the workload is not quite as heavy. Does anyone have recommendations on interesting firms?

Hi there,

Could you guide us around what industry you're looking for? Important to figure out what you're interested in first, as most of the boutiques focus on a selected niche.

From there, we can help advise! Furthermore, don't hesitate to get out there and start networking! Discussions with contacts and connections around different firms, day-to-day work, culture, etc. can go a long way to helping you in your search.

Completely agree with Ian. It's hard to generalise on cultural fit and workload for boutique's vs. large consultancies.

Hello!

Normally one would go a boutique for a higher degree of specialization, not so much for the fit.

Which industry are you looking to specialize in?

Cheers,
