except the direct salary comparison, anyone knows how the non-cash benefits at OW look like compared to the MBB peers, in terms of bonus, hotels, business flights, health cares, per diem and so on. Some insights? Thanks!!

I would assume that for all of them MBB will be either equal or better. The rest depends on the local office policies

Hi! This really depends on the office. In Germany for example, the firm car deal at OW was the best of all consulting firms a couple of years ago. But this also might have changed meanwhile.

One strong advantage, on top of the salary (particularly at junior levels, then not anymore) is the topics they work on.
They are much more specialized in banking and the invesment world, hence, if you are interested in a carreer in this field, it can be beneficial in terms of knowledge, network, etc.

OW is trying to catch up with MBB also from that point of view. It depends on the office but they are for sure comparable if not better.
