I've been lucky enough to land an offer at both BCG and McKinsey (FT/undergrad), and I'd love some advice on which one to choose.
It's the Philly office for both, and I really love the culture at BCG but I know I can't really only follow culture. I would love any insights/advice! What other factors should I consider (such as exit opps, benefits, etc)

First of all, congratulations. This is an excellent choice to have.
For transparency, I spent around ten years at BCG, so take that potential bias into account. That said, I would not dismiss culture as a secondary consideration. You will spend long hours with your teams, and the quality of the relationships and working environment will materially affect both your experience and your performance.
In terms of brand and exit opportunities, both firms are in the same top tier. McKinsey probably has a slightly marginal advantage in global brand recognition and in the size of its alumni network (at least in the US), but the difference is unlikely to close any meaningful career path if you choose BCG.
Since both offers are for Philadelphia, I would compare:
--> the industries and types of projects available through each office;
--> staffing model, travel expectations and opportunities to work nationally or internationally;
--> the people who have shown a genuine interest in supporting you;
--> MBA sponsorship terms (if that interests you)
--> as the least important factor, the precise initial compensation, healthcare, retirement (I said this should be the last factor to consider because your financial success will be mostly determined by your career progression and not by some differences in your initial package)
Most of these points are really office-specific, so you should collect that info by talking to people in the Philadelphia office. Ideally, if possible, I would speak with three people from each company: a recent undergraduate hire, someone at manager/project leader level, and ideally someone who recently left. Ask both groups the same practical questions about the points mentioned above.
My bottom line: if you clearly preferred the people and culture at BCG, and if you don't identify a major difference in the above-mentioned points, choosing BCG because of its better cultural fit would be entirely rational.
