• First of all, unfortunately, no one can give a precise indication of how long the rest of the process will take. Typically, however, you should expect the next steps within a few weeks.
• Moreover, again, unfortunately, no one knows the internal BCG processes. As a candidate, though, the recruiter or HR representative will work with you to determine the start date of your consulting career start.

1) How long will it take to get the final confirmation from BCG? 

Most likely, maximum a few weeks.

2) What does the post check process usually look like?

If not done already, they will inform you about the official starting date when you can join.

Hey, in my experience it normally takes a couple of weeks but can vary. You’ll hear back from BCG’s recruiting team when everything is completed.

Hello! 

Once the background check with Hireright is done, it usually takes BCG just a few business days to finalize everything. If no issues come up, they’ll send you the final confirmation or contract shortly after. Sometimes there’s a bit of internal processing or sign-off needed, but if everything’s clean, you’re basically there.

You can always reach out to HR for a gentle update if you haven’t heard back after about a week.

2. Post check process... is, well, nothing. HR will reach out to you to define the starting date.

I used to be from BCG SEA - it's just a formality. 

A week or 2 is normal depending on the efficiency of process which is variable according to several factors.
