Hey, I was just wondering how BCG will let me know the decision of my final round? For my first round, I didn't get any feedback, like most of the resources online stated, and I didn't get a call. Could I expect the same thing for the final round? Will it be a call or an email?

Usually, in the last round, they will give you a call for both a pass and a rejection.
Regarding specific feedback, if you pass, they usually don't provide detailed feedback. If you are rejected, it depends. Sometimes they share feedback proactively; otherwise, you can ask for it after they communicate the decision.

It depends. Offers are generally communicated by phone, while rejections can be communicated by either phone or email. The fact that you did not receive feedback or a call after the first round does not tell you what will happen after the final round.

For final rounds, though, a call is quite common, especially if it is a positive decision, while rejections may be communicated by email. I would not read anything into the lack of a call after R1.

If you get the internship, a partner or recruiter will usually call your phone within one or two days. They love sharing good news directly. If it is a no, you will just get an email.
Round one had too many people for personal calls, but final offers always come by phone.
