BCG Middle East hires consultants mostly on a rolling basis, so openings can pop up any time. That said, most full-time roles are usually posted around late summer to early fall, but not tied to a strict timeline. If you plan for 2026, just keep an eye on their careers page and network with the offices.

Openings for Dubai and Riyadh are usually posted around these periods, aligned with both MBA graduation timelines and local staffing needs.
That said, BCG ME also posts off-cycle openings if demand is high, so it’s worth keeping an eye on their careers site year-round and staying in touch with recruiters or current consultants in the region.
If you’re targeting this year, expect postings to go live towards the end of summer, with interviews running into the fall.
