• Logically speaking, if the position is still open on December 29th, it's reasonable to assume that the position will be available for hiring in 2023. It would be difficult for the company to hire someone for a position that is open on December 29th and have them start working in 2022, as it would not allow sufficient time for the hiring process to be completed.
• It's still a good idea to check with the company directly to get the most accurate and up-to-date information about their hiring processes and requirements. You could try reaching out to the company's recruitment department to inquire about their current hiring needs and requirements. It's also possible that they have information about their open positions and application processes available on their website or through other channels, such as social media or job search websites.
• Please keep in mind that in many cases, companies will have a separate process in place for considering candidates who have been referred by current employees. This can often involve a separate application process or a special referral landing page on the company's website. If you have secured a referral from the BCG office in Dubai, it would be a good idea to ask the person who provided the referral for more information about how the referral process works at the company.

Yes, my understanding is that they are. 

You'll never find much from websites. This is one of the main benefits of networking!

To figure out exact dates/timeliness get networking and speaking to people at the firm (and recruiters) to find out. Additionally, if you're in university, you should be recruiting via your university channels…ask the career office!
