I applied recently to BCG ME as an experienced hire through referral. they sent me a dedicated link after someone referred me and I applied using that link. it has been almost 3 weeks now and I haven’t heard anything back. does anyone know the timeline and what should I do please? thank you!

I would politely reach out to recruiting/HR to ask about the status of your application. 3 weeks isn't super uncommon, but it just puts you in the window of time where it's ok to reach out to them and ask.

The timeline is difficult to predict as it depends on internal needs and amount of applications they received. However after 3 weeks you can definitely follow up.
I would recommend calling rather than sending an email to "check if they have received all the application material", this should work well to get an update.
