BCG ME Feedback

Question

It has been more than 3 weeks since I finished my final interviews with BCG ME. However, I still have not heard any feedback.

Any idea what might be the reason for that?

I'm sorry to hear.

I see this happening more and more often these days.

There could be multiple reasons for the delay, but it's important to know that it doesn't reflect on you and you shouldn't try to read too much into it.

If you've followed up already all you can do is wait patiently. They will get back to you eventually.

And aside from that, keep on applying and interviewing so you have alternatives.

There could be multiple reasons for the delay:

Partners got busy and cannot align to provide feedback
HR got busy and cannot align to provide feedback
They want to conclude the process with the candidates in the pipeline
They want to align on the future project pipeline to define the exact recruiting needs

As next steps, you can:

Assume the worst-case scenario that this is a rejection, and look for other firms
Wait at least 1 week from the last follow-up, then reach out to HR for an update

Hi,

There are multiple reasons why they did not couple back yet (e.g., holidays, insufficient resources, large pipeline). I would advise to follow-up with a friendly email.
