has someone, applying to the Associate position in London, already received the numerical/case test?
If not, does someone know what is the usual timeline for the London office's recruitment?

It depends on application method. If you have gone through a referral - then expect the link in 1-4 weeks. If you have applied without a referral - then there is not really a fixed timeline that you can expect to be followed - but should be ideally 1-4 weeks only.
