BCG employee perks

I would be happy to share my thoughts on your question:

• First of all, I would strongly advise you to wait until you actually receive the offer in case you want to compare it to others. Consulting firms often make minor adjustments to their offers, so old offers/information are not very meaningful.
• Moreover, how you define "perks" or "benefits" is important. For some, receiving points and reaching statuses at major hotel chains and airlines is a perk/benefit, but for others, it's just monetary components. What are you hoping to gain from asking this question?

BCG website, glassdoor, levels.fyi and other similar websites cover some of these perks. For specific data, it may be useful to reach out to a local consultant through LinkedIn and ask for a coffee chat (obviously perks shouldn't be the main theme ;-)).

BCG will have all the typical perks e.g. healthcare, but often times some smaller ones are office specific (e.g. gym).

However oftentimes the specific details are only made known to employees, so unless you have a friend there it would be hard to find out. So while it would be an interesting question to answer, I think it would not affect your decision to join BCG or not :)

Yes! I had their contract in the DACH region — in Switzerland, BCG offers great perks: strong base salary, performance bonus, generous pension contributions, 30 days vacation, wellness budget, phone/laptop, mobility allowance, and great travel policies. Also lots of internal events and flexibility.

Of course I am not able to give more information. It is comparable to the other MBB firms!

Hi there, 

Typically, aside from the actual salary and bonus, you get:

• a mobility package (discounts for cars, rentals, etc.)
• discounts with specific firms (e.g., to buy travel bags)
• private healthcare (depending on office / geography)
• option to stay at the client location over the weekend with expenses paid rather than flying back
• etc. 

You'll get the full list once you join. If you're curious beforehand it makes sense to ask somebody from that office directly.
