BCG Doha compensation structure

Hi

I am aiming for BCG Doha office and I want to know the compensation structure for the office. I have heard that consultants from their target schools get signing bonus and housing allowance. Is this true??

Please share your opinions on this as this would help me to understand about the compensation structure before I get my offer.

I would be happy to share my thoughts on your question:

First of all, if you're aiming for BCG's Doha office anyway, why do you need to know the compensation structure upfront? They will tell you all the details the moment they make you an offer.
Moreover, housing allowance is indeed common at almost all firms in the Middle East.
Lastly, signing bonuses do exist but are not guaranteed. They mostly depend on how competitive your profile is.

Housing Allowance in the Middle East is a normal part of standard salary structure for most companies. It is generally paid out in cash like basic salary and does not require submitting any rental cheques or other evidence. Whether it features or not - consider it a part of the salary as such.

Signing Bonus is a very case-by-case thing. Expect unexplained differentiation on the matter. If you don't get one, you can ask for one.
