I applied at BCG for a Consultant role in PIPE; and within 24 hours the application status went from "submitted" to "under review".
Are there any recruiters and or former candidates who can share some insights as to what it means when the application status is under review for ~2.1 weeks.
- what happens in the background when the application is under review and what does it take to be invited to an interview and ultimately get an offer.
