Bain tests

Hi I applied for Bain & Company in Jan 2022. For 2 offices ME and Germany.

I received 2 tests from different offices, which I have completed more than a month ago. Until today I have not received any feedback regarding my application, neither positive nor negative.

What is the usual time to receive feedback? Do you think it's time that I follow up with the recruitment teams?

Hi there,

Usually, such feedback should come within 2 weeks of taking the test. Now that it is over a month, I would definitely reach out to HR, ideally via phone, and ask about the status of your application.

Hi there,

it depends on the role you apply, experienced hires and off-organized recruiting waves candidates experienced much more irregular process and lengthy answer time. I would recommend to follow up and ask for estimated timeline.

Hi there,

Did they tell you to do this? Was it as part of 2 separate applications?

I really hope you just mean that you submitted an application and told them you had 2 office preferences. Submitting 2 separate applications causes a fair few problems.

Given it has been a month I would definitely reach out. Send an email to (or call) both offices separately.
