In the quant section, you’ll usually have around 20–25 questions in about 25–30 minutes. That means roughly one minute per question on average. Some easier questions can be done in 30–40 seconds, which gives you extra time for the harder ones. It’s better to move quickly and flag any question that takes too long instead of getting stuck.

Typically around a minute.
But read the info that appears right at the start of the test to make sure that this high level makes sense (just in case they happened to have changed the format recently).
It's also worth doing a few older practice tests just to brush up on these skills.
