im applying for bain ACI for ME offices, i have done the sova test a month ago but i still haven’t got any reply from them. Also, there isnt an HR email to send to other than the tech support email For the online assessment.
what should i do at this point?

Essentially it's not promising but feel free to reach out to HR.
You should network with and apply to other firms. Try not to put all your eggs in one basket (I applied to 30+ firms when recruiting)

You can follow up with HR at this stage, given it’s already one month it is fine to do so. If you don't have other contacts, you can call the office directly.

In such cases, I would always call and not write emails to get a more direct answer.

In most cases, this means you didn't pass the SOVA test.
