I wanted to know about the culture in Bain middle east offices. Wheather it is good or worse than other Bain offices around the world. I also wanted to know about the working hours in Bain ME in contrast to other developed markets.

I have several candidates who went on to Bain ME and have only heard good things for now.
My recommendation for you would be to go straight to the source. Meaning, go on LinkedIn if you don't already have some relevant contacts, and get in touch with relative new joiners at Bain from ME. Get a sense from them on how they find the job, the firm, the region, etc. No Q&A answer is going to give you a better sense of what to expect.
