Bain Dubai

Hello everyone!

I am going to apply for Bain Dubai but I have seen is that they are questions are mostly around accounting and finance related. Can I have real cases from Bain Dubai which they have used recently for interviews

That is completely incorrect. I keep track of the questions (a snippet/snapshot below) and they are definitively not all accounting/finance related.

I find that very surprising. Not sure which is your information source, but I would double check - even if you have ad hoc accounting and finance questions, I doubt you will be hired without doing a few cases.

I've had candidates interviewing with Bain in the past few months and the Qs they got weren't from finance or accounting. So I wouldn't worry about this.

If you are applying for a generalist position - which I'm assuming at this point - the cases can be from any industry or topic. They want to test your skills, not your knowledge. So prepare across different themes.

Best,
Cristian

Hi there,

Where did you hear that from?

Cases revolve around the public sector, infrastructure, and energy, mostly on strategy topics. There might be some financial considerations included (after all they are in almost every case), yet there is definitely not an accounting/finance focus.

Cheers,

Florian
