Looking at the current consulting industry landscape, where do you think that BCG needs to improve to
(1) do more profits in the short / medium term (1-3 years)
(2) be the favourite choice among job applicants (especially those that receive more than one offer from top tier consulting firms)
(3) be sure to stay relevant in the future (5+ years)
(1) find more qualified applicants. BCG grew 20% last year, they are constrained by the size of the workforce
(2) depends on the office. In Dallas where I was, BCG has a nearly perfect record of people coming to BCG over Bain and McK I am certain the situation is reversed in other areas, but at the very least this suggests 1 size doesnt fit all
(3) what makes you think they won't? The faster the business changes, the more clients needs MBB
