Are BCG Madrid interviews being conducted online or in-person?

I have seen people at my business school being interviewed in-person from BCG - even for the first rounds. However, this could be because of applying from a target b-school. 

If you're applying as a working professional, things could be different (also based on where you are located). Best to check with the local recruiter :)

A good way to find out is to get invited to interview by them!

Most interviews nowadays are virtual, so this will be the most likely for you. Even if it is in person, you may ask for it to be virtual.

Be flexible/adaptable though AND, importantly, you'll know when they tell you!
