Yes habibi - these regions are hot right now.
Particularly KSA (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).
One of the drivers for KSA is COVID. Earlier, most consultants would live in Dubai and travel to KSA every week. But now it seems easier to locate consultants directly in KSA. The ongoing transformations of society & regulatory norms in KSA is also helping the cause - especially for expat women.

I have a number of candidates currently interviewing in both SE and ME! The most common at the moment (from my sample) would be Singapore, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia.
Yes they are - I am seeing a lot of candidate interest in those offices too.
Yes! Middle East (based out of UAE or KSA) is currently growing a LOT and the hiring is increasing.

Yes, I helped candidates recently for the following offices:
- BCG: KL, Jakarta
- Bain: Dubai, KL
McKinsey instead is not doing interviews for Dubai and diverting candidates to Riyadh and Doha, and it is actively recruiting in Vietnam.
