Anyone experience with the application process at Implement Consulting Group?

Hey,

I want to apply for a junior position at Implement Consulting Group in Zurich. It would be my first application in consulting. I can't find any informations about the application process or interview experiences. Did anyone already have some experiences with them recently? And does anyone have any tips on how long I should prepare for an interview?

Would really appreciate any inputs on that! Thank you!

Hi,

I have not come across this firm before but it appears like they put an emphasis on business transformation and change/engagement management. It also sounds like they are just trying to get a foot in the door in the US and are still small in Switzerland and Germany.

That considered, it is not surprising why you might not find tons of reviews on their recruiting process. The best way here is to probably just ask the recruiters directly as to what their process looks like and what potential deadlines might be.

If you are starting from scratch for consulting interview preparation, I would recommend 1-2 months of continuous and focused preparation to have a good chance of passing the interviews. But in general it is more important to prepare for “the right things” rather than to prepare for a set amount of time.

Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

Best of luck

Hi!

I had a few candidates who applied to Implement but I am not personally familiar with the application process.

Even if I were familiar with it, I would still recommend to contact the following instead:

1. The recruiter. They are the golden source of knowledge. The people who set and update the recruitment process. They are able to give you the most up-to-date understanding of what is expected and how to prepare for it.

2. Recent hires. Ideally, aim to get in touch with people who were hired within the last year or two in the firm. Have a casual chat with them. Ask them how to prepare to maximise your chances of being successful. Ask them what worked for them.

Here's how to identify these contacts and then connect with them:

Good luck!
Cristian

You'll have to reach out to HR or, even better, to network with people working there. That's a great excuse to get to know some people there and get them rooting for you.

Hi there,

Your best chance here is to talk with a recruiting contact and networking with current employees.

Best,

Alberto
