Any way to save if I failed my Mckinsey PSG imbellus game?

I just finished my Imbellus game. However, for the plant defense, the first two games I didn't reach the 15 steps. Is there anything I can do now to get an interview?  (e.g. network with the offices I applied to?)

Hello!

Unfortunately, all you can do now is wait. If I got your correctly, the ansewr is not yet there, so there is hope. Fingers crossed for you!

Cheers,

Hi there,

Depends on the office you are applying to . In most offices Imbellus is not a elimination filter but a supporting data point in your selection process and you could still be invited to interviews.

Thanks

Hey there,

Unfortunately not. The purpose of the game is to screen a larger number of people with less HR involvement.  Finding ways to work your way around it would go against that intention and have no effect.

Let's wait for your results though. It is not a definite failure yet!

Fingers crossed!

Cheers,

Florian

Hi there,

Unfortunately there is nothing to be done ex-post.

You aren't necessarily already out of the running, though of course it's not great that you fell <15 rounds.

Just keep networking and applying to other firms as well as doing your case prep!
