Any resources or tips for BizOps cases?

Hi all,

I'm currently applying for BizOps and growth strategy roles at tech firms. Does anyone know any resources for these types of cases specifically? My understanding is that they will be highly company-specific and related to the tech industry. However, any other tips or things I should be thinking about while preparing for cases?

BizOps role may be completely different depending on the business model. For example:

In google BizOps is responsible for the Sales and revenue operations
In Uber BizOps is responsible for the supply of drivers
etc

Pls specify your niche to give you a good advice.

I don't believe that there are specific cases that are more relevant to the roles you describe other than typical strategy, value cration, and investment cases. Very typical questions that you can find in the typical strategy consulting portfolio.
