I did LEK first and secound round for a consultant position.
They gave me two standard case interviews with
- Fit part (two questions)
- Case (one was a market sizing regarding airlines and the second was a sort of Pharma case)
- Q&A
My experience in their rounds is that their interviews are somewho market-sizing heavy
