Hi community! Does anybody know more about salary, projects and exit options with Andersch AG? How does it compare with other companies such as Roland Berger? Any hints appreciated!

Hey!
Andersch AG specialises in restructuring and turnaround situations. In this field they are competing with firms like rb, bcg and pwc.
however, salary is much higher than big4, about 60k.
I dont know anything about exit options particularly for Andersch.
