Am i missing anything from compensation package?

Hey everyone! Just received an offer from BCG and wanted to get some insights from those familiar with their compensation structure.

Here's what was included:

Base salary
Performance bonus + PRSF/company bonus
Medical insurance (CIGNA)

My questions:

Is this pretty standard for BCG at this (associate) level, or should I expect more components?
Do they typically offer equity/RSUs? (Not seeing any in my package)
What about signing bonuses or tech stipends? I've heard other consulting firms provide these
Are there other benefits I should be asking about that might not be obvious?
Is there anything i could negotiate on? lol. Seems nothing. Otherwise, what do people negotiate on?

Happy to provide a perspective.

First and foremost, compensation is heavily region-specific. So what you received might be absolutely typical for your region but atypical in a different one. Also, unless you applied for a specialised role where you would negotiate the compensation directly, you likely received the typical package that everybody receives. That should answer Q1.

Q2. No.

Q3. They do offer signing bonuses in some countries. They would've mentioned if they did.

Q4. Relocation bonus (if applicable).

Q5. Honestly, if you're applying for a typical role and you received the typical package, then there's not much point in negotiating (besides the signing and relocation bonus, if applicable).
