What advice would you give someone who is aiming for a career at Inverto?

If you’re aiming for a career at Inverto, my biggest advice would be to focus on showing who you are - not just what you know. Inverto looks for people who are curious, hands-on, and genuinely motivated to solve real procurement and supply chain problems. You don’t need to know everything on day one, but you should be ready to learn fast, take ownership, and enjoy working in teams.

From a preparation perspective, I’d recommend three things:

1. Understand Inverto’s focus areas.
Get familiar with our work in procurement, supply chain management, and cost optimization. 

2. Practice case interviews 
Inverto cases are practical. You should practice structuring, doing quick calculations, and applying common sense to real-world business situations. 

3. Show your teamwork mindset.
A big part of Inverto’s culture is how we work together - open, collaborative, and supportive. Show us why that is the perfect environment for you to succeed. 

And maybe the most important advice:
Be authentic. Inverto values people who bring their personality, energy, and passion to the table. If you’re genuinely excited about the topics we cover and about working in a close-knit team, that will come across naturally.
