Hi,
thanks for your question. Some of our projects are M&A related however we do not have a business unit within Volkswagen Consulting explicitly focusing in this area. So if you have a great passion for this topic I would recommend to start in an respective environment. Within Volkswagen AG this would rather be a start in a dedicated department than within Volkswagen Consulting. Also external consulting companies might be a better fit to suit your needs.

We always value different work experience, background and skillsets. In fact, my last project at ECON was related to post-merger integration, so PMI experience are certainly appreciated at ECON.
