Hi there - my personal cons are rather consulting-related in general: At times, days can be stressful and working hours can be long.
But on the other hand, I always enjoy the team spirit and support in my projects. Especially in though project times, this makes the difference for me. Beyond that you make an impact at ECON right from the start - on the project with own responsibilities and interfaces to our E.ON partners and internally on how we develop as ECON.
