In one of your previous answers you mentioned an online recruiting day. Could you tell a bit more about it? How long does it take and with how many people does a candidate talk to?

sure, no problem :)
The recruiting day usually lasts from 9:30am - 3pm, depending on how successful you master the interviews. Usually, there are 5-9 participants involved.
After the first two interviews there will be a (virtual) break where you get to meet some of our consultants and ask all your questions. You will find out in the following feedback session if you are invited to continue with a third interview. In case of success, you will receive an offer directly on the day of your Recruiting Day.
