How case-heavy is your interview process?

The scope of the interview process depends on the position you’re applying for (internship or full-time). In general, all processes at Inverto cover several dimensions: besides the case interviews, we also look (for example) at your motivation, past experiences, and personal fit.

For an (Associate) Consultant position, the process typically includes two case interviews, complemented by personal fit discussions and a short management presentation. The cases are closely aligned with real Inverto project work - very tangible, practical, and based on real-life examples rather than abstract strategy scenarios.
