How big are the project teams?

I was wondering how many consultants usually work on the same project. Could it also happen that you are by yourself on a project?

Hi, thanks for the question. Our project teams vary a lot. In large transformation projects, the team can be up to 10 consultants - but we would have some substructures, even with 2 project managers for these. The majority of project team size will be between 3 and 5. There are no projects with just 1 consultant =).
