With the current situation, we will have lunch with the team whenever we have office day and can meet each other physically.
In addition, we schedule online coffee chat and online fun team activity during the week to tighten the team spirit. We also organize monthly team event (for example, last month we went to Escape Room with my current project).

Hi and thanks for your question! Prior Corona, we usually had lunch together, sometimes with the team and sometimes with other colleagues . At our location in Wolfsburg we have a nice canteen with coffee shop ;) nearby.
Currently we mainly make informal exchange formats over lunchtime to spend some time together. In the last two weeks for example, we had an intensive exchange about autonomous driving. But this is all voluntary.

Hi, thanks for your question! In “normal” time (e.g. prior to the pandemic) or whenever the project team is together at the same place, we always have proper lunch and spend this time together. Depending on the weather, sometimes we also have a short walk around the corner, which is really nice to get some fresh air and a little bit of movement.
As most of us are working from home right now, lunch time is planned much more individual and is rather spent with the family. With the project team we instead sometimes have after-work get-together with dinner and maybe a glass of wine.
