But also what about the language? I'm confused: I've read that German is not mandatory and then that some parts of the interview can be in German?

Hi there, please excuse the confusion: For international candidates our whole process is of course in English (as it is also our official company language).
Our consultant teams enjoy an interdisciplinary make-up. We are primarily on the lookout for applicants with a background in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or Natural Science. However, only half of our consultants have an economic background and just under half of our employees have previous experience in consulting. While not attaching great importance to our employee’s background, we would anticipate interest in the energy sector as well as excellent grades.
