when it comes to the current hiring situation at bulge bracket banks in the U.S., it’s pretty competitive out there. While exact numbers aren’t published, it’s clear that the big players are actively looking for top talent, especially since hedge funds are stepping up their game with crazy high intern pay to attract the best candidates.
That said, bulge bracket banks aren’t sitting back either – they’re definitely in the mix and looking to bring in strong candidates.
