You’ll likely have developed a deeper expertise in your field, applying your skills to solve complex challenges and make strategic decisions. Additionally, you’ll want to be in a position where you can mentor others, share your knowledge, and continue learning. You’ll also likely be expanding your network, staying engaged with the industry, and open to new opportunities that help you grow in unexpected ways.
