What should I expect in a Revolut Finance interview?

I've been invited to interview for a finance position at Revolut. Besides the usual fit questions, should I expect technical finance questions, business cases, or Excel exercises?

Do you recomend any prep material?

Any advice on how to prepare would be much appreciated.

Ex-Revolut & Ex-McKinsey | Bar Raiser, Problem Solving & Skills Interviews | 100% pass on Bar Raiser & Product Skills

Congrats on the invite!

The common ones across roles: recruiter screen, Problem Solving, Bar Raiser, team fit/hiring manager call. Depending on role/seniority there are other interviews focused on specific skills (e.g., people leadership, more technical aspects of the role) or a take-home assignment.

Problem Solving is the main filter, and it's different from a classic MBB business case: candidate-led, ambiguous, no data unless you ask, light quant. Bar Raiser is behavioral and they drill your achievements a few layers deep. Team/hiring manager interviews are a vibe check with some behavioral on top.

I worked at Revolut and coach Revolut candidates through the full process, so if you have any questions happy to help or jump on a free 15min intro call.
