FTI’s Superday usually consists of several back-to-back interviews with different team members and sometimes a short case study or exercise. The interviews cover both technical questions, like valuation, accounting, or simple modeling, and behavioral ones to get a sense of your motivation and team fit.
It can feel intense because the pace is quick, but it’s not really about tripping you up. They want to see how you think under pressure, explain your reasoning, and whether you’re someone they’d enjoy working with. The best prep is to be solid on the technical basics, have a few personal stories ready, and keep your answers structured and calm throughout the day.
