Hi, I have an upcoming case study interview at PwC for a Corporate Finance Manager role. I would like some advise on what kind of case study I could get and any guidance on the preperation. The case study is 1 hr 45 minutes prep time followed by 1 hour discussion on case study scenario.

I recently prepared for a similar Corporate Finance role at EY. From what I saw, the case was mainly around analysing a company, looking at financials and coming up with a recommendation, potentially with some basic valuation/M&A elements.
I’d mainly revise valuation methods, financial statements and practise structuring a recommendation from a longr case pack. I think the discussion is probably more about how you got to your answer than getting every number perfect.
At least thats what I focused on for EY, so PwC could be similar.
