I have about six weeks until my first interviews and I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed by everything there is to learn.
If you had to start over today, how would you structure those six weeks? How much time would you dedicate to accounting, valuation, technical questions, mock interviews and market news?

I would probably start by getting a good overview of the main topics first, rather than trying to learn everything at once. I’d spend the first couple of weeks mainly building up the basics in accounting and valuation and then gradually put more focus on technical interview questions.
I would also start doing mock interviews fairly early, even if I didn’t feel completely ready yet. For market news, I’d just make it a regular habit to follow what’s going on for a little while each day. In the last couple of weeks, I’d focus more on practicing under interview conditions and filling the gaps I still have. I think having a clear structure is more important than following a very specific number of hours for each topic.
