I'm wondering whether this is just part of the process or if I should postpone my applications until I feel more confident.
And do you have any tips to boost my confidence?

You will always feel underprepared. However, if you think you have not grasped well enogh the corpfin concepts, behavioral points, and your firm-specific prep, I would suggest moving. Unfortunately, I see many times candidates not being ready enough for a Superday. Both a function of shaky foundations but many times just not enough exposure to the topics. I.e. even if you know everything, things take time to settle / your mind needs time to steep in all this, so you come across as fluent/confident.
