Consulting Interview Sprint: Fit, Cases & Final Round Readiness

This coaching package is designed for you if you want to prepare for consulting interviews in a structured, targeted and realistic way. It is particularly suitable for candidates preparing for MBB, Tier-2 consulting firms, Big 4 strategy teams or internal strategy roles. The package is available in English, German, French, and Italian.

The package includes five individual coaching sessions tailored to your current level, target firms and recruiting timeline. The goal is not only to practise individual cases, but to build a clear preparation journey with focused feedback, concrete improvement priorities and measurable progress across sessions.

The package can be structured as follows:

Session 1: Diagnostic Case and Preparation Roadmap

We start with a full case or a structured diagnostic session to assess your current level. You receive detailed feedback on structuring, communication, quantitative analysis, business judgement and overall interview presence. Based on this, we define a clear preparation roadmap for the remaining sessions.

Session 2: Structuring and Problem Solving

This session focuses on building strong, tailored case structures and moving away from generic frameworks. We work on hypothesis-driven thinking, issue trees, prioritisation and the ability to break down complex business problems in a clear and interview-ready way.

Session 3: Quantitative Analysis and Chart Interpretation

This session focuses on the quantitative side of case interviews, including calculation logic, data interpretation, market sizing, profitability analysis and chart reading. The goal is to help you not only calculate correctly, but also derive clear business implications from the numbers.

Session 4: Personal Fit and Storytelling

We prepare typical personal fit questions, including leadership, conflict, failure, motivation and “Why consulting?”. You learn how to communicate your experiences in a concise, credible and convincing way without sounding overly rehearsed.

Session 5: Mock Interview and Final Feedback

The final session simulates a realistic consulting interview, including a case and/or fit component depending on the candidate’s needs. You receive a final readiness assessment, detailed feedback and concrete last-mile recommendations for the remaining preparation before interview day.

Continuous Feedback & Sustainable Learning Success

In addition to the live sessions, you receive structured feedback, targeted homework and recommendations for further practice after each session. The package is especially suitable for you if you want a clear preparation structure, professional guidance and personalised feedback across several sessions rather than isolated case practice.

I am a Senior Strategy Consultant with over seven years of consulting experience, including roles at Accenture, BCG, and Deloitte, specializing in the automotive and public sectors.

Alongside my consulting career, I have coached more than 100 candidates preparing for interviews at MBB and Tier-2 consulting firms. A key feature of my coaching is the use of original case studies designed to provide realistic and practical interview preparation.

I hold a Bachelor's degree from Sciences Po and a Master's degree from the Hertie School, and I bring more than nine years of teaching and coaching experience.
