Before any casing, we get your positioning right. We start with a thorough review of your CV and cover letter, tightening how your experience reads to a screener and removing anything that weakens the story. Then we build a plan for which firms to target, when to apply, and how to sequence your submissions so your strongest applications arrive at the right moment. We also map out the timeline ahead, so you know exactly what needs to happen and by when. You leave with your profile sharpened, a clear target list, and a schedule you can follow.
ARC stands for Assess, Refine, Convert. It reflects my approach to case prep, developed over years on the other side of the table, first as an interviewer and career advisor, then as a Partner with the final call on hiring decisions. Assess where you stand, refine what's holding you back, convert it into full readiness for the interview day.
The program is 8 sessions with no time limit, built as a mix of 5 fully-fledged cases and 3 workshops. The cases take you from a scored diagnostic through progressively harder and more varied cases to a full mock interview, building your casing across formats and under real pressure. The 3 workshops go deep on the things a case alone doesn't fix: your application strategy (CV, cover letter, targets and timeline), skill drills on the specific areas your diagnostic flags (e.g. structuring, math, chart reading, or brainstorming), and a dedicated fit session. Together they cover the full journey from application to interview day.
This pack is designed for candidates building their preparation from the ground up. The structure below reflects what I've seen work best, but it's a starting point, not a fixed script: we adapt it to what your diagnostic shows and what you need, more room for fit if your cases are already strong, a deeper focus on a specific weakness, or whatever gets you ready fastest.
