My name is Franco Borgonovo, and I spent over 10 years at Boston Consulting Group, working across Europe, Asia, and North America.
During my time at BCG, I served as a global lead recruiter, interviewing hundreds of candidates and touring major BCG offices worldwide to run interviews for all levels: undergraduates, MBAs, PhDs, and senior lateral hires.
Today I serve as an official coach for the BCG "Consulting Foundation Training", a week-long global onboarding program for new hires, which keeps me fully aligned with BCG’s most up-to-date evaluation criteria.
Outside of my official BCG interviewing responsibilities, I have personally coached hundreds of MBB candidates, with most of them securing offers from McKinsey, BCG, or Bain.
